プライバシーポリシー
株式会社QOOQ（以下「当社」）は、周易（以下「本アプリ」）で取り扱う情報について、次のとおり定めます。本アプリが端末外で処理する情報は、以下に記載する広告およびアプリ内プロモーション関連の情報に限られます。
1. 端末外で取り扱われる情報
無料版の広告配信およびアプリ内プロモーションの効果を集計するため、次の情報が端末外で処理される場合があります。
- 端末・アプリ情報（端末の種類、OS、アプリのバージョン、言語など）
- 広告の表示・操作情報（表示回数、クリックなど）
- アプリ内プロモーションの表示・操作情報と、アプリが生成する個人を直接特定しない識別子
2. 当社における情報の利用目的
当社が取得する集計情報は、本アプリの機能提供・品質確認・改善、およびお問い合わせへの対応その他のユーザーサポートに限って利用します。広告配信サービスによる処理の目的は第3項に記載します。
3. 広告配信時の外部サービスによる処理
無料版では非パーソナライズ広告を表示します。広告配信、表示回数の制限、不正防止および集計レポートのため、端末・アプリ情報や広告の表示・操作情報が外部の広告配信サービスで処理される場合があります。本アプリは、広告識別子を用いて他社のアプリやウェブサイトを横断する追跡を行いません。法令または広告配信サービスの仕様上、選択が必要な地域では広告を読み込む前にプライバシー選択画面を表示し、広告を要求できない状態では広告を読み込みません。
4. アプリ内プロモーションの集計
当社の他のアプリ等を紹介するバナーについて、表示回数やクリック数を集計する場合があります。この集計には、個人を直接特定しないアプリ固有の識別子を使用し、集計の対象はバナーの表示・操作情報に限ります。
5. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としておらず、13歳未満のお子様から個人情報を意図的に収集しません。
6. 安全管理
当社は、本アプリで取り扱う情報について、漏えい、滅失または毀損を防止するために合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。端末内の情報は、端末のパスコードやバックアップ設定を含め、ユーザーご自身の端末管理の影響を受けます。
7. 本ポリシーの変更
本アプリの機能、利用するサービスまたは法令の変更に応じて、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリ内または公式ウェブサイトでお知らせします。

Privacy Policy (English)
QOOQ, Inc. ("we") sets out this Privacy Policy for information handled by I Ching ("the App"). Information processed outside your device is limited to the advertising and in-app promotion information described below.
1. Information processed outside your device
The following information may be processed outside your device to deliver ads in the free version and measure in-app promotions:
- Device and app information, such as device type, operating system, app version, and language
- Ad impression and interaction information, such as views and clicks
- In-app promotion views and interactions together with an app-generated identifier that does not directly identify you
2. Our purposes of use
We use the aggregate information we receive only to provide, check the quality of, and improve the App, and to respond to inquiries and provide user support. The ad service’s processing purposes are described in Section 3.
3. External processing for ad delivery
The free version displays non-personalized ads. Device and app information and ad impression or interaction data may be processed by an external ad service for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and aggregate reporting. The App does not use an advertising identifier to track you across other companies’ apps or websites. Where a privacy choice is required by law or the ad service, the choice screen is shown before ads are loaded, and the App does not load ads when it is not permitted to request them.
4. In-app promotion measurement
We may count views and clicks on banners that introduce our other apps or services. This measurement uses an app-specific identifier that does not directly identify you and is limited to banner impression and interaction information.
5. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to prevent loss, leakage, or damage to information handled by the App. Information stored on your device is also affected by how you secure and back up that device.
7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when the App, the services it uses, or applicable law changes. Material changes will be announced in the App or on the official website.
